How do I order?
Ordering couldn't be simpler. Just add the product you want to the basket, and when finished click 'Start Checkout'. This will redirect you to PayPal.
Don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account you can click 'make a one off payment'.
PayPal accept all major debit and credit cards.

How long will it take for my jewellery to arrive?
We aim to send out all orders within 3 working days. We send orders for 3 products and under via Royal Mail First Class which takes 1-2 business days to be delivered.
How much will postage cost?
For orders of 3 items or less, the following postage rates apply:
United Kingdom: £2.50 and sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery.
Europe: £4 and sent via Royal Mail International Signed delivery.
Rest of World: £6 and sent via Royal Mail International Signed delivery.
Your order will be posted within 3 working days.
If your order is more than 3 items, please email us first for a delivery charge.
What If I need it quicker/guaranteed timed delivery?
If you do need jewellery delivered by a certain date/time, please send us an email and we will try to accommodate your needs in everyway we can.
I love a necklace/bracelet but can you make it on a longer chain/ different from the one I see on your site?
Here at Dotty Tweezers we aim to please, so we will try our very best to accommodate your every need. Please email us before purchasing.
Can you make something custom, especially for me?
If you think you have an idea for a design, please email us and we will see what we can do for you.
What is your returns policy?
We hope you love our products as much as we do, however if you are unhappy with your product we will offer a full refund for goods returned in the original condition within 14 days. Please contact us for the returns address. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of worn earrings.
